Disclaimer
Last updated: 3 November 2026
The information on MakeMyCodes (makemycodes.com) is published in good faith and for general educational purposes only. Please read this Disclaimer before using our tutorials, code samples and interview questions.
1. Educational content
Our tutorials explain programming concepts with examples written for learning. They are designed to be clear and simple, so they sometimes leave out things that real production systems need, such as complete error handling, security hardening, logging, input validation or performance tuning. Treat every example as a starting point for learning, not as finished production code.
2. Code samples are provided "as is"
All code, SQL scripts, commands and configuration examples are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- Always test code in a development or test environment before using it in a live system.
- Take a backup before running SQL scripts. Some lessons demonstrate statements such as
DELETE,TRUNCATE,DROPandUPDATE, which permanently change or remove data. Run them only on sample or test databases. - Review code for security before use, especially code that handles passwords, connection strings, file uploads or user input.
- You are responsible for how you use the code and for any result of using it.
3. Versions and accuracy
Technology changes quickly. Each lesson is written for the versions mentioned in it (for example .NET 8, a specific Python version or SQL Server version). With other versions, behaviour, syntax, outputs, performance numbers and error messages may differ.
Outputs and timings shown in lessons come from our own test runs and can be different on your machine. We review and update lessons regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every page is complete, current or free of errors. If you find a mistake, please tell us at contactus@makemycodes.com.
4. Interview questions
Our interview questions and answers are based on topics commonly discussed in technical interviews. We do not guarantee that any particular question will be asked, that our answers match what a specific interviewer expects, or that preparing with our content will lead to a job offer.
5. Not professional advice
The content on this website is not professional consulting advice for your specific system or business. For important decisions about architecture, security, compliance or production deployments, consult a qualified professional who can review your situation.
